BrainMR
is a Database of Causal Relationships between Imaging-Derived Phenotypes and Psychiatric Disorders.
At present, we provide a summary of causal relationship between the
Brain IDPs & Psychiatric Disorders based on the Mendelian randomization algorithm. Our findings will encourage further investigation of IDPs that may be implicated in psychiatric disorders to identify potential targets for etiology diagnosis.
The database will be constantly updated, please pay attention to it.
